International Product Services

International Product Sources (IPS) was incorporated at the end of 1998. At that time acquisitions and mergers resulted in suppliers who left customers wondering what happened to the idea of service. Based on that, IPS was formed as a distribution point for Guardian Access Corp (GACO) and its affiliated manufacturing facilities. The first shipment of product from the IPS Distribution Facility in Medley, FL was made in January, 1999.

GACO began providing hardware into the US market over 30 years ago. Initially focusing on the Garage Door Industry, they later diversified and included Window & Door Hardware to the product line. We move considerable product into the North American market place and have a wide range of items available. We service clients with component sourcing, engineering, designing, tooling, and manufacturing. In addition to items that are standard in the industry, we also produce hardware which is proprietary to particular customers. By periodically upgrading our equipment and continually monitoring our processes, we are able to assure our customers of consistent quality.

Our Die Casting facility in Shenzhen, China has been producing quality product from the start and during 2007 our new manufacturing facility in the Shanghai Songjiang Industrial zone came on line. This industrial zone is home to over 35 of the Fortune 500 companies. The proximity to the Airport, Railway, and Ocean Cargo facilities makes this a perfect location. This 216,000 Square Foot facility is where we produce all of our stamped, injection molded, machined, forged, and roll formed products.

The IPS facility is run by Keith Cotter. Keith has 29 years of manufacturing experience (with 23 of those years in the Window and Door market). Our goal at IPS is not to conduct "business as usual". We realize that the bottom line profits of our customers are not dependant on price alone. True value is a blend of defect free product, continuity of supply, and proper inventory turnover. Therefore, in addition to providing attractive pricing, we work together with our customers to ensure these other factors are always optimized.

This is the outside view of our 216,000 SF manufacturing facility. Strategically located minutes from a major highway, we have easy access to accommodate either ocean or air shipments. In addition, our Medley, FL Distribution Facility will be happy to develop a stocking program suited to your needs.
